But I’d be fine fine with Sanders, Ward or Nussmeier
Subject to change as there is a lot of football left, but I would have no problem with any of the first three you named. Non-committal on Nussmeier just because I have not seen him play yet and know little about him (other than bw's man crush).
"DJ is not the answer." It is stated in the OP above.
You are taking your obtuseness/trolling to a whole new level here. Are you proud of that?
Shamrocks must have tapped out and now it is Jack's turn to troll.
An underrated part of the DJ's tenure (hopefully) nearing its end is that Jack Stroud, Eightshamrocks, and whatever other Cowboys/Eagles fans that are here masquerading as DJ enthusiasts (is there any other explanation?) will finally go away.
Milroe, Sanders and Ward feel like the highest ceiling guys I have seen so far. Haven't seen enough of Nussmeier but trust BW when it comes to all things college football. And not only is Nussmeier following in the footsteps of Burrow and Daniels, but his father Doug played quarterback for the New Orleans Saints. That may be Nussmeier's greatest asset in the eyes of Mara!
he came from a small school, and really hasn't played anyone much yet. His games vs Michigan and Ohio St will have a huge role on his draft status.
Of note, so far there have been
1. Ward
2. Milroe
3. Beck
4. Sanders
5. Ewers
6. Sluka
7. Rourke
8. Green
9. Howard
10. Nussmeier
Pretty deep draft for QBs. Would be shocked if the Giants don't get one, even if they go elsewhere in the 1st
I like several on this list. Several more than others so far but really want to see a few more key conference matchups to see who holds up to the pressure.
But no reason whatsoever not to select a QB in this next draft. Stop looking for the perfect transformation guy in a college uniform and select someone with some + attributes and go from there.
Mara: I want a brand new QB for the holidays. Gimme a good one now now now.
Grinch Joe Schoen: laughing manically. Ho Ho No!!! because I built a team just good enough to not qualify for a QB in this years draft and no one wants to trade with us unless we massively overpay. And then no more gifts for several years.
Mara: Noooooo!!!!! this must be what hell feels like.
You were huge on him last year. Cooling off on him or an oversight?
Cooling. A poster mentioned a few weeks ago that Ward's velocity didn't look great.
I made a mental note of that observation, and I think that poster might be right. So, I need to see more. I'm hoping ajr goes to a live game and gives his observations since he sees a lot of these guys live.
I'm curious to see how Dart bounces back from two subpar performances against LSU and SC.

Sleeper is a guy everyone says is too small and arm isn’t good enough… but Dillon Gabriel throws a sweet ball and looks to be a gamer. Might be a day three gem.

I'm not a Grabiel guy, but he seems to me like a more athletic Tua.
Beck, Ewers. In that order right now. Willing to give Dart, Allar, and Gabriel the full season to assess afterwards. I'm hoping they all do the combine as well... though I doubt Ward and Becks will go. Those two are likely top ten material, and probably won't increase their stock in any way (aside from the measurements).
But I’d be fine fine with Sanders, Ward or Nussmeier
And statistically 2 of those guys will be out of the league in 4 years, one of them will be DJ type of average QB and one will be a star...
And factually, all of them will be on rookie contracts for those four years, which means that you actually can reinforce the rest of the roster, rather than being hamstrung by a $40M backup QB choking out your roster/cap composition.
D.J. Uiagalelei. One of the best pure passers in college football and has his team playing over their heads against some of the best competition in the nation.

Howard does nothing for me. His bone headed play in Oregon was a bad look.
Rourke is very underrated.
Green is an interesting idea, too...love the athleticism.

#GoCanes!
So just no QB at all, not even outside of the 1st? Strange.

I thought Dart was decent against SC.

So you are in the camp of "Never try, because trying is the first step towards failure?"
When the dust settles going into the offseason, I believe Allar will be one of the most polarizing players in the draft.

That’s weird because two rookies are playing really well right now and two looked pretty solid in their debuts
“This guys WRs were always open”
Enough.

I agree with you. Size and arm strength alone is so appealing
Yeah, Heisman candidate..
