The thing is Daboll and Schoen are on the hot seat. They need to win to keep their jobs and sadly, Jones gives them the best chance. They sealed their fate by making jones the guy and he will continue to start as sad as that is
IMO, that is not written in stone. He can't pass with any accuracy. Give me a QB lower on the mental scale, but who can hit the WR. You can scheme/coach for an inadequate mind. You cannot coach around a QB who can't throw.
