I get the sense that the GM was pissed they missed out on 3 great WB prospects that would have drastically changed the direction of this franchise, and knew the best way forward was to play the QB who can’t win games in Jones and worsen the backup behind him so they don’t keep winning meaningless games. It’s honestly smart so long as they retain their jobs through this, they actually will put this organization in position to land a top QB next year instead of miss ou like they have for the last few years. QB hell is real.

he's starting Jones. Vent if you want, but that's the way it is.

To get us enough wins and get QB scraps in the draft… unfortunately that may happen anyway
