The next GM they hire will be a bad one. So will the next coach they hire. The will pick the wrong QB to replace Jones. The drafts will continue to be disastrous. There is no light at the end of the tunnel and things will not get any better for a very long time.

QB's of 2025 with Jones. They won't have to be significantly better than Jones, but just possess the arm, accuracy, and quick decision-making that can be developed to NFL standards..
