Someone ought to not so gently break it to DJ that he's not an NFL QB. He may be a nice guy and a hard worker. Maybe he knows what to do but just can't do it. Other teams have no problem cutting their losses and upgrading the QB position once they realize that their QB is just not the answer. How many QB's has Washington had? I just don't get the loyalty to DJ. Someone ought to test the water at the Giants headquarters - there are obviously some sort of psychedelic drugs present.
Sort of reminds me of the above named "opera singer" ---so bad it was funny.
I know it's piling on but they are really testing the loyalty of the Giants Fans. Hate to say it, but the only way out of this is via an injury or retirement. As a fan of the Yankees and Rangers, those teams would never hang on to an obvious failure for 6 years. Just take the financial hit, figure it out and move forward in a different direction.
The movie isn't bad either. Meryl Streep is a great singer (classically-trained, I think) and had to learn for weeks how to convincingly sing terribly.
