bandwagon. I held out with the hope a number 1 receiver and better o-line would prove the difference. Now that Thomas is hurt, that point is moot anyway. Just makes the decision to move on easier. I would like to see DeVito play out the season to see if he is good enough to win the job for next season. Of course that would be difficult now that the O-line is a hot mess after losing it's anchor. It was pointless to sign Drew Lock. Doesn't need to be on this roster. I have no idea why the Giants are still going to trot Jones out there now. After that performance on Sunday, it's comical.
Hiroo Onoda came home to a hero's welcome for his insanity.
Everyone's journey is different, but we all get there.
Hahaha!
Exactly what I thought when I read the thread title and saw who posted it. And if true, it would also suggest that all his defenses of DJ on other threads were "look at me" posts as well.

Nope. Expressing my opinion on a message board is all. Not look at me.
dude -- you can easily express your opinion with out starting a thread on it
The problem is that Jones has regressed, and cannot overcome his flaws. He is what he is, you can start him another four years and he will not get better. His ability will not win games for you.
It's over for Jones in New York. Right now, he's likely the second most hated man in the organization, behind Mara, who lost all of the good will that Eli gave the family when he was here.
It's cruel to keep putting him out there, opposing fans mock him, and Giant fans despise him now. Time to sit him and the organization take their medicine for being stubborn.

When you,
1. Troll the site repeatedly suggesting that DJ is a good QB and his failures are someone else's fault (like the OL, WRs, coaches, etc.)
2. Want us to believe that you've suddenly seen the light and now realize that DJ is not a very good QB
3. Feel that it's necessary to start a new thread to share your opinion (that no one was waiting for) instead of posting your revelation in one of the other DJ threads...
That sir, is the definition of a "look at me" thread.

"That no one was waiting for". Hmm. That was an unnecessary response to my post. If you didn't think that Jones deserved the benefit of the doubt heading into this year based off his 2022 performance, then I don't know what to tell you. This is called a difference of opinion. If you remember, nobody expected the Giants to do anything of note that season. I and others like me held out hope that the Giants could recapture that performance this year. It didn't happen. Saying that my post is one no one wanted is really nasty and uncalled for.
So you think that there actually are BBIers who were waiting for an update on what you thought of Jones? Sorry if that hurts, but I'm just "reading the room".
And Robbie's link to another unnecessary thread you started just 3 days ago is pretty funny. In that thread you posed the question about whether other posters would be jumping on the Giants bandwagon if they won a couple of games, before suggesting that we should "worry about the QB position after the season". And now you want to let us know that YOU are the one "worrying about the QB" and jumping off the Giants bandwagon.

There actually is no real credible evidence that Lincoln used that quote.
"If the Giants are 3-5 heading into the Washington Game"
LOL - Well played :)
