This is a long shot, but does anyone remember in the mid-2000s or so, a player went down with a foot sprain, and Howard Cross or whoever was doing the on-field commentary chimed in that it looked like the dreaded 'Anne Frank injury' or something to that effect?
It absolutely killed me laughing at the time, and I've always wondered if I was the only one who remembered it. I think of it every time a player goes down with a LisFranc sprain."
