because the next game is Monday? If that’s so, these guys shit the bed and get rewarded with three days off? I know I’m officially an old guy and the NFLPA prohibits anything like what practice should be, but back in the day, a good coach would be running their asses ragged.

Thanks, Eric. Man, it’s so frustrating. If any team could use some extra work…at least Jones and a couple receivers playing catch or something. Hell, Banks should be running the stadium steps for an hour or two. SMH.

One of the things they butted heads about was Daboll being a lot more player-friendly with the work week schedule. Players showing up later than usual, going home earlier than usual.
Wink liked to schedule late meetings anyway keeping his guys in the building longer, just hanging out BSing etc. The defensive players didn't love it because obviously everyone else had gone home.
