But what bothers me even more than just the call (side judge with the flag) was that other officials also threw the flag but no way are they making that call so what were the other flags for?
Overall, Giants defense needs to tale Daboll's energy and anger and transfer that to the field.
Multiple procedural panties every single week. I really like Daboll and barring the team tuning him out want him back and want him with a different QB. But this isn't helping.
Said he never got set, not that he was moving forward so that wasn't it. Does he have to be set before going in motion? Because he never did and refs on both sides threw the flag. I noticed it live that he went out wide, never set then went in motion
for the feelings of some old as lawyers because they don't want to be questioned. Get professional refs already.
honestly its not a skill thing its over-officiating. Its slowed this game down to a creeping halt.
This is the result of every single play/decision being put underneath a microscope for fans to direct and talk about every day. Refs would rather make the call than miss the call.
Unfortunately you could throw one on every play at the disgression of the officials.
To be fair these are all obvious calls.
Bull fucking shit, Nabers didn't need to set there. RIDICULOUS fucking call.
He needs to come to a complete stop….its not the CFL where they can move
They called him for not setting before he turned back. That is the most ticky fucking tack call I think I have seen this year. And BULLSHIT in my opinion. Especially with not calling the PI against him earlier.
except the obvious PI against Nabers

Not on the Steelers they don’t
Even shit that does not happen.
The networks need to get hold of the league office and shit on them for this level of officiating...
4 OL penalties and Nabers not getting a foot down.
Lot of problems on this team

set....that is bullshit
Agreed.
I believe they may have thought he was
Moving forward which is what I thought as well.
That must be it. They must have thought he was moving forward. Tacky-tack call.

Slayton was just checking to make sure he was on the LoS. Not sure that is a shift. Stealers getting ticky tack calls and no calls at home.
At least with Hubbard we look like a functional offense.

It’s a real problem with the product. I’d blame the competition committee a lot too.

Nabers had two goofs that drive
Jones is playing best I have seen, probably ever in his career. Seems able to drive the ball down the field.
Glad I'm not the only one
this is league wide man. I'm really starting to check out
We could use the WR run ups to the line at the snap. Also the PI challenge
Nabers had two goofs that drive
I was furiously typing!
Nailed it ...it's an insane joke with no consistency at this point
What about when there's jet motion in the backfield at the snap?
Agree completely. Also wish we would start winning the line of scrimmage.
You can hike the ball when a player is in motion.
