He’s just not getting the ball out quick enough because he wants to see it’s open before throwing. If he threw that quicker, it’s probably a reception, even though it was a bit high.

Aikman just nailed that analysis of Jones. It's not always bad plays that limit an offense. It's the lack of anticipation that prevents big plays from happening.
Yupper.
Too high and late
You've got to be kidding me

Yes, but he had but had two hands on it cleanly. Tough catch, but good WRs(even mediocre ones) catch that.

you're kidding right Speed?
+1. The guy just does everything wrong. He's the least natural QB I've ever seen play.
Guy is open
He still throws late and inaccurately
Yup.
You throw that ball quicker and lower and Slayton might be one on one for a possible Td.
Instead you put the receiver at risk and we end up punting..

Clearly you have not been cleared in the back and exposed

Surprised he didn’t bounce it.
Two things can be true. Not a good throw, but two hands cleanly on the ball.

You're out of your mind
Yea, great job by Troy there. It’s sad that we’re somehow in year 6 of this.

Aikman succinctly explaining why Jones is just not an NFL QB.
Yup.
It is a bad throw, and a hard hit, but he had two hands on it. I don't blame him, but it could have caught that.
Read the DBs and throw to the windows.
